A very disappointing delivery service and customer service I am really sad to write this review. The reason being its not the product that is the problem. It is the customer service and delivery service that has been the issue. If there is no problem with your furniture, you have paid for some really good quality sofas. If there are issues, then the customer service really lets you down! So my experience so far - We ordered 2 different sets of sofas from Natuzzi, Lakeside. We were told they will take 12 weeks to come. They arrived in 9 weeks - we were very impressed. I paid off the remaining amount on the 8th March - was told that the delivery service (WSHomeDel) will give me a call in a day or two to arrange a delivery date. I received a call 5 days later saying it will be delivered tomorrow. I was working the next day and couldnt reschedule work at such short notice, so was told we will get back to you with more dates. The next call from the delivery service was 10 days later with another inconvenient date. After a lot of to and fro of convenient dates, arranged for a delivery on the 30th March (almost 3 weeks after I had paid the balance). When the sofas arrived, they forgot to bring one of the sofa set's legs. I had book another date for technician to come with the legs! On the day, wrong set of legs were brought along. As the first set of delivery service had given the wrong name of the sofa. A week goes by, another set of technicians bring legs from a display unit sofa (as the new legs are in production and will take a month to arrive!). They do get the correct display legs, but the fit the wrong size support legs and dont even realise it. It was only when we used the recliner a few times, realised that the sofa is not aligned correctly and the support legs are floating in the air! Another set of technicians come and put the sofa on wooden blocks, so we can use the sofa till the right set of legs arrive. So currently, we have these expensive luxury recliners sitting on wooden blocks. Organising all these technicians has been after multiple calls to the customer service at Brent Cross dealing with multiple people. I have had to constantly chase them. Also, having to put your life on hold, organise your school runs and work around the technicians on 4 separate occasions for the same issue is quite frustrating. The customer service at Brent Cross have been quite apathic over this ordeal. Its been almost 2 months since the sofas have arrived, and dont even know how long it would be before I actually will manage to get the sofa off the wooden blocks! The joy and excitement of having new sofas have gone out of the window! A very long review from a very disappointed customer!
