        Walked in and was welcomed but was told totally the wrong info around ordering a carpet the sales person got the delivery fee wrong and even the amount you need to spend to qualify for finance. we left the store and returned a few hours later where we were approached by another sales person when we explained that we spoke to someone else they went to get her and its like she could not even be bothered to come over and still was adamant the delivery fee was double the amount it should of been. GO TO THE BASILDON BRANCH THEY ARE MORE HELPFUL AND KNOW WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT

        We ordered our carpet and 2x sofas from here... We are hoping to get the in 8:weeks as specified! Not stuck in Europe somewhere or on a container in Felixstow!!! Bit worrying. Otherwise nice n friendly staff, explained everything... And a Sale was on too. Glad to say, our carpet and 2 sofas arrived unscathed.... In good condition. The delivery men arrived when specified, they were curtious and polite and respectful of our home. Thank you.

        Large range of products but felt very hounded when we walked through the door. Everyone was very lovely and helpful but would have to walk around unaided to shop
