It was a bit of a hit and miss with the experience at this establishment. Some staff were really nice, kind and attentive, but one particular one, complete utter pain. Considering it was 24th Oct, so quite cold and the fact that we were placed meters away from the door and after mentioning several times we were cold and if they could close the door, this particular incompetent lady working behind the bar kept opening the door. Which part of we are cold, she didn't get I am not sure, but it really dampened our experience here and honestly I don't think I will be back any time soon. Other than that, the food was nice and the place seemed nice and clean.

Absolutely awful, didnt even get to the ordering stage because they didnt even attend our table. Joke of a place, not gonna play the race card but it does make you wonder. Went to ask when we would be served and was just rudely told to wait. The restaurant wasnt even busy

The prices here are unfair, it's a shame as I have eaten at the one in Bluewater in the past and was happy. The idea of tapas is small plates of food usually with an accompanying drink, it defeats the point if they are around eight pounds each. It is not practical to expect people to spend this much on a meal and clearly this place won't last like other unrealistic places. Hopefully some more reasonable tapas places open in Essex as there is a gap in the market for them. I have seen reviews on here of people saying it's quite reasonable whilst paying 70-80 pounds for lunch, this is deluded, clearly no sense of the value of money. If people pay these over inflated prices it ruins it for everyone else and allows businesses to rip off customers, if no one paid ridiculous prices they would be lowered. Parking: There is parking but it should be free
