HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. Dealing with this company through my sister looking for a flat after a relationship break up, found them to be very helpful and understanding. After the service we had, I beg to question the validity of some of these 1 star reviews. I was sceptical, only because some reviews had ratings with no comments and some comments were written by less than literate bloggers. So I felt it my duty to report back on a 10 out of 10 service. I'm glad I wasn't let by the google reviews left, as this company gave me the feeling it was run by family and people who cared. I question some ratings and was told the Landlord has the say in their property and the damage and these guys are only the letting agents, which is fair comment, and all claims go through a third party regarding the deposit, and thats the law. So over all not as bad as expected from the previous reviews, so would fully recommend.

I was a tenant of theirs for almost 9 years. They have done all they could to rip me off my deposit money. Accused me of leaving holes in the walls when they were already there when I moved me. Sent me a bill for wall paper removal and decorating, when I've never put up any wall paper. The whole flat needed revamping , especially the carpets! But I footed the bill.stay clear!!!

Just like to thank all at Robert Stephens, for the swift service I received, when our tenant had a water leak in the kitchen. I was contacted by Robert Stephens office who informed me of this, also with a cost to repair should I agree. The repair was agreed and carried out same day. Robert Stephens have managed my property for several years and I have always received excellent service.

I called this company as they are advertising flats. They are extremely rude , they don't take people who are o universal credit. The manager is si ride by saying my landlord doesn't take that kind of person. It's against the law to say this. Very unprofessional and I will be taking this further. I would advise anyone who are looking to rent from this company DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Made they person who applied for a flat like a criminal and they are not
