        Don't bother buying the field shelters. Instructions are abysmal. You have to punch holes into the canvas itself, again forking out for kit.

        Bought a field shelter. Sales process was efficient. The product arrived with faulty components. I called to discuss but was told that the service team were unavailable and can only be emailed internally (not helpful when youre in a field with all components laid out, ready to erect). No call that day. Called the following day to complain and speak to a director. Contact details were emailed to me but all attempts to get a response and get the issue resolved failed. In summary, good sales process, poor after sales service. Advise looking at alternative suppliers.
