The service at the chemist is really very good I have no complaints and the staff are all customer friendly and are very knowledgeable

Having called the chemist and asked about when my prescription will be delivered they said today that's good cause I'm away for a few days tomorrow Delivery arrived with three items missing Phoned them and they forgot to send other 3 items lady was very rude on the phone when I said this is not the first time this has happened I asked for the 3 missing items to be delivered today She doesn't know if they can and hung up on me!!!

I usually have a good experience with service by the staff, I had been let down by my Doctors regarding repeat perscription, notification to the chemist. I called the Chemist today as I was unable to visit, as doctors had processed it, and family were working and unable to assist. The delivery person was inundated and unable to deliver any more, so I thanked the staff member and said I will just have to sort it next week This afternoon, a good knocking at the door, woke me, (as I am under the weather) one of the chemist ladies had come with my meds, during her break. Great service, staff always polite and helpful always go out of their way to make sure I get my prescriptions.
