        Booked my puppy in for a bath & blowdry. Admittedly my fault I was running a bit late due to traffic, rung them & they dismissed it straight away. But only a month or so ago, I had an appointment & they text me to come in earlier. Not understanding in circumstances in the slightest when it doesnt suit them. Wont be using them again. I honestly wouldnt mind, but he was done last time in as little as 10 mins, so they was clearly in a rush. Avoid!

        Took my Westie today to have a full groom , and paid for the extra Christmas Spa treatment as well. On collection he looked really clean and well cut. I was a bit disappointed that included in the Christmas Spa was a bow tie for your dog,which ,not until l got home ,hadn't got. Also after reading what was included,l wasn't told of the choices of shampoo.Also a paw butter was applied ,however his pads were still rough, Apart from this the Full Groom it's self was brilliant!

        Awful! Booked off work got there and the women dismissed me instantly after a quick look at my pup stating they hadn't enough time to remove the knots, couldn't shave yet couldn't trim and brush time limit etc. Meanwhile a poor dog was yelping on the table while the other groomer shouted at it to "shut up" "shush now" "STOP IT" repeatedly and was handling the dog very roughly! No one bat an eye which says it all. That's put me off for good! I took my custom elsewhere who were happy to help with no excuses.
