Placed an order for Valentines Day went to collect 2 days later to be told that order would not arrive until Valentines Day. 3 days later ! Website said guaranteed delivery before valentines Day.
Perfume was in stock but refused to give me ?
Told me to pay for it again and they would refund the following week.
I cancelled the order went 2 shops up to boots and purchased the perfume.
Complained to head office. Failed to understand my concern not even a letter of apology.
I was a paid member of their loyalty club.
Not no more I have cancelled and still waiting for an apology 9 days later.
Joke of a company will never use again
