Firstly, they were supposed to come on Monday We called Friday, they said it might not be Monday due to football Sunday (which we understood) We called Monday afternoon and they said it would definitely be Tuesday between 8-9am 10am Tuesday I called to find out what was happening They said they would find out and return the call They didn't return the call I called again at 11:15 as I had to leave the house for an appointment They said they would find out and call back 11:30 they called and said the men were on their way Workmen showed up around 12, half an hour later they said they had to go and get a few things and would return in about half hour 45 minutes.... an hour and a half later they returned The work was okay in the end Communication and customer service was poor

Have used Bennets for many years in all of my previous and present houses. When my Drive sunk after 9 months, they came and repaired but it has now sunk worse than it was before. In-between this time I had my rear garden done only for the sandstone slabs to start lifting. So far I have had to relay 15 slabs and will probably end up re laying them all as the base is non existent, powdery mix laid on soil, no sub-base. No response when contacted with pictures of lifting and poor base. Cheers Mick Service: Hardscaping

I had bennetts fenching replace, existing fence ,gravel boardsand ,posts. Was given a quote which I agreed. Was then given a date,but unfortunately the work was started 3 days later than arranged. The workmen arrived and commenced taken down fence ,gravel boards and posts. At no time did they informed us that the fence I had choosen was not available. The workmen were apologetic, but the person in charge should have informed us prior to removing the original fencing. Although the work they have done is excellent, it isn't what I wanted. I believe that the person who is charge was rude, he has no people skills and I suggest he goes on a customer care course.
