Bought a car from them in December, after 6 different collection dates. I traded a perfectly good golf r line for a bigger family car. But I have had nothing but issues since, no reverse camera, which they was to replace, still nothing. Front parking sensors stopped working one week later, again said they would get it taken care of, still nothing. When I went to the dealer 4 weeks later to ask about the work they are ment to fix, I was then taken to their 'mechanic'. Was then they ordered a ebay part that wasn't for my car, told them about a radiator leak that had also developed and said they would look into it. Again nothing. Now as of yesterday the starter motor wasn't tightened down properly causing the car to be a non runner. I now paying for these damages and getting no help at all. I now seeking legal advice on this issue and will not recommend this company.

Darren then offered me an extended warranty of 18 months for just 270 pounds, which was an absolute no-brainer for me. I arranged for the vehicle's delivery and my PX collection, which Fusion Motors handled seamlessly. The car arrived with a new MOT within just 7 working days, and I was a bit nervous when I received it, as this was my first time buying a car online without seeing or test driving it beforehand. However, my nerves were quickly put to rest after I took the car for a test drive. It was everything I had hoped for and more.
