You can trust them like anything. A family run business. Mostly busy and always dedicated to Work like 100%. I had my services and MOTs done from them. Its a no Brainer

I never write reviews but I am so annoyed, I wanted to post my honest experience with RML Auto Services I phoned up to book and we spoke for a good few minutes about my mot from last year that showed thinning break pads. So i asked if these could be done as it would obviously fail this year because of it. She looked through my history and assured me they can get deliveries every hour so this would not be a problem with me getting it done and allowing me to still be out by the time its school run. As a single parent i cant be left without a car. Today my car failed the MOT with them for the break pads and discs which we already knew would happen. However they are fully booked and cant carry out repairs for ages. My car MOT did not originally expire til 24th sept so I could have gone elsewhere who would have had time to repair the problem we knew would come up. Instead my MOT has failed, and I now have no car I feel They booked me in knowing full well work would be needed but also knowing full well they didnt have availability to fix it, just to get a quick 45 out of me for the mot fee. I now have to pay for a full mot elsewhere again and as a single parent now cant get to work etc as cant use my car. Defo wouldnt recommend.
