Been here a few times, great selection of jewelery, especially their mix and match offer of 5 earrings for 10. Whilst paying at the till today, I asked for a receipt and the cashier said something I didn't hear the first time. The second time she abruptly said "Your email address" and pointed to a keyboard on the table with no screen in front of it for me to type my said address down. The lady then walked out to the room behind her and replaced by a nicer member of staff. Turns out my email address was so a digital receipt could be sent to me instead of handed to me in paper form which the first cashier didn't explain. Otherwise, decent store and I will consider coming back in the future.

I am refering about an event on the 08/04/23 At approximately 5.30pm My wife and I frequently go shopping together, and we are accustomed to dealing with the same salespeople at the shop Lovisa Lakeside, West Thurrock, Grays RM20 2ZP. However, on April 8th, when the store appeared to be crowded, we noticed some antagonism towards us and felt targeted. An Asian sales woman who was approaching my husband as he was behind his daughter pushhair made a previous hostile attempt. It is possible to see the asian sales female approaching our 1-year-old and 6-month-old daughter, attempting to pull accessories from her hand and engaging in hostile conversation. I can't be able to express what was said right now, and my husband has also noticed this. To add to the scenario, when I approached the register to complete the purchase while holding my phone, two white ladies ordered me to leave the store loudly making me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as how a client should be, along with the Asian girl who was previously mentioned. Meanwhile, my husband was asked to the store when he joined the register. As he became aware of it, he became curious about the cause and was informed that his wife was shooting photos inside the store. My Husband tried to take control of the issue by telling the sales team that they were expected to be on work shifts and that they shouldn't make personal decisions without proper justification because this may harm consumers. The debate continued back and forth until a white female swore "F***" behind the sales counter because she didn't want to be told what to do and didn't have the patience to discuss and take feedback and advice this. I can only imagine how this would impact other consumers' shopping experiences given that this event has also been heard up by them. As a result, the sales teams have acquired confidence in their decision wrong manners. This gave the impression that they had complete control over the store, its worth, its reputation, or any integrity pertaining to. The sales Team asked to contact security so that we could exit the store. Also, the sales crew appears at ease using nasty and combative personal body language cues. Holding cell phones while laughing and texting behind the counter. After a little while. Although it was difficult to accept, this was unfortunately a true event, my husband observed the Mall security and decided to approach them. My Husband informed the Mall security crew that there was no proof that anybody had taken photos and that photography is permitted in public accesible areas in UK. With those words, when it wasn't necessary, two white women and one Asian woman exacerbated the issue. Our current predicament has caused us to lose faith in the professionalism of the sales crew at the shop, Lovisa integrity and values which did had an impact on the other consumers witch did as well notice the situation. We also want to point out that we have never had prior experience with at Lovisa similar point of sale in the UK or with any other Brand franchise. And use this chance to go forward with solving and investigating into the issue of this unacceptable behaviour.

Our bank holiday totally spoiled and had poor experience. items were labeled get them for 3 while we charged in full, no paper receipts were given, we added up the prices a minute after payment and noticed the priced were charged in full, therefore wanted to return the items however they refuse to take them back, owner!!!!!or general manager should check the CCTV that (Sadia Jay) was so unprofessional, she nearly punched me on the face. Luckily the manager pushed her to the staff room. Manager did admit what she did was totally wrong and out of order. 1. They ask for an email to forward the receipt, what if sombody doesnt have an email? 2. If the items are on sale why they dont have sale price tag? 3. All of those signs were there to miss guide customers. 4. There is no sign on the shop to state no refund no return. ( sadia Jay ) were extremely rude towards me and manager was the witness. Dear People Always calculate how much you are going to pay as they dont give you receipts to check and Iam still waiting for email receipts. Cashier should confirm that the customer charged in full. Staff should be trained to treat customers with good manners and respect as some forget, thinking they are still at home.
