AVOID, AVOID AVOID! Terrible company! They advertise their product Silestone has a high resistance to knocks and bumps and offer a 25 year warranty. However the product is fragile. A fine China bowl dropped from a height of about 10cm onto the worktop chipped the worktop but no damage to the China bowl whatsoever! Is China tougher than Silestone? Or is their product defective? We'll never know as they showed no interest at all in investigating when I tried to claim under the warranty. You're better off buying a laminated chipboard worktop as they appear to be more robust than quartz ones.

Terrible company! Never come back to you. 25 year guarantee is non existent as they never sort anything out as been waiting for a good few years, then contacted them again recently and was told someone would come back to me and never heard back. Chased a few times and still no joy!! What a sham of a company!
