I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute joke of a business. Agreed to book a service and MOT on the basis of it going in at 9 and getting it back at 1. Agreed to this before booking and confirmed when dropping off the car in the morning. Returned at 1 and the service had not even been started. Got told they prioritised another car for a diagnosis after the MOT and they did not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know before I travelled there. They clearly just do what they like and dont care about their customers. They cant be trusted to keep their word so I would recommend saving your time and going else where.
