What is the ideal shopping experience? I would say shopping locally in a well-stocked store where you are greeted by a friendly staff who are patient, professional and knowledgeable and who work in your best interest to find the best deals for you. I would also say you cannot get better than a one-to-one service with an actual human being! Crown Decorating Centre in West Thurrock, with its store manager Claire Baker and her assistant Zainab, fulfil all the above.

Great store! There was plenty of information and samples of products available. The store was clean and well laid out. All the staff were friendly and polite, but I was especially impressed with the staff member who served me by the name of Zay. I was unsure of what paint to buy, so I asked every question I could think of to ensure I got the right product; she was so patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Excellent customer experience overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for quality paint.
