Ayse has been more than helpful during the entire process of buying a property, she was supportive and present the entire time. If it wasnt for her, I am sure we would have missed the cut off for our mortgage offer due to delays with solicitors that she made sure to chase up at every opportunity. What an experience. From the get go, the response time to any enquiries was excellent. The initial visit and valuation took place within a matter of a few day. I was never left feeling that I had to chase them for an update on anything whatsoever. Inspite of the valuation provided by Bairstow Eves, on my instructions, they were equally happy to list my property at a slightly higher sale price than the valuation - and with no if's, but's or when's. Once the viewings began, I really liked how I was immediately informed about viewings due to take place. These were sent to me by email. More importantly, viewings were often arranged with multiple prospective buyers to visit the property on the same day and at the same time. I believe this helped to drum up interest and create that sense of competitiveness between buyers. Even more importantly, careful consideration was given to my existing tenant who was still residing in my property at the time of when viewings were taking place. Mutually convenient dates/time for viewings were arranged directly with my tenant. Things ran very smoothly. You simply can't go wrong with Bairstow Eves, Grays. I say so because they also provided me with feedback from each potential buyer who viewed my property. The feedback was by email and telephone conversations, when the need arose, Within 2 months of my property going on the market, it was sold. Thank you so much to the team for all your help.
