Ordered artificial grass from this place after getting a few samples sent over to look at. Picked the Monaco one which I think was their premium range which better than I expected. Was layed in July and great quality. We also have a dog who loves it and it is quite soft but at the same time durable to withstand him playing in the garden! Easy to maintain if ever need to. The customer service was also fantastic from all my enquiries, to the ordering process as well as the delivery drivers. Not that I would need to buy another artificial grass for the house as this looks built to last but I would definitely buy from here again and recommend others to.

Great service from Craig Hall. The Amalfi grass wasn't in stock so he helped me find a similar alternative, sending me photos. Smooth order placing and goods arrive on said day. Highly recommend and would use again.

2 failed deliveries, system nobody can use or explain. Multiple phone calls over a week to sort out their mistakes, with nobody able to explain what actually went wrong or how. Most of their grass is out of stock. They seemed as confused as I was. Overall, I feel my experience with grass direct had been absolutely shocking. Their customer service is non existent when things go wrong. I as a customer, am not allowed to escalate to anyone who may actually be able to help me such as the regional manager or delivery company. They are unwilling to pay a third party I.e. DHL to fix their mistakes and get the grass out to me. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all. Don't be tempted by the reasonable pricing or ease of ordering. When things don't go to plan, it will be very difficult to actually get any help. Especially if you have a landscaper or a project under time constraints, grass direct are a disaster.

Ordered grass last week for delivery today was sent a text to say would be with us between 7.52 and 9.52. Come 12pm still nothing tracking system didn't work, no updates no email no phone call. So thought I would call 2 attempts 1 and half hours later on hold finally got through to be told can not deliver because they need a specialist vehicle. So would now have to wait till next week 5th of May. Fitters were booked for this weekend partner took a day of work. Call back system doesn't work on the re phone system had to call again to confirm redelivery another half hour on hold to be told that Alex would ring back. Still no call back. Called again another hour on hold only for the line to cut off because the office had shut as I was on hold for that long.
