        I LOVE rituals - absolutely love the smell and products. However Im sad to give a 1 star to this one because of the service. A blonde lady in particular wouldnt let my friend exchange a gift I had given her because I didnt have the receipt (as it was meant to be emailed to me but wasnt). I hate playing the race card but my friend is pretty sure it was because she is not white. Bluewater assured they can exchange - customer service there is lovely. Save yourself the hassle if you need any sort of customer service and go to bluewater store instead.
