Heidi is honest, direct and warm. From the very first session with Heidi Ive always felt that she creates a safe and non judgmental environment. After every session with Heidi I always have a lightbulb moment, in that it feels like a weight has been lifted. I cant recommend Heidi enough, she has changed my life and has taught me so much.

I started seeing Heidi 5 years ago when I was going through a relationship breakdown and had totally lost my confidence. It was an extremely difficult time for me which brought up alot of feelings from my childhood. She has excellent insight, is very empathetic and has a sense of humour, all of which really helped me work through my issues. I had seen other counsellors but just felt like they didn't understand me. Heidi got me straight away and I felt like I could trust her with my stuff (which was very hard for me). I cant recommend her highly enough, as she is an amazing therapist.
