Matt and his team followed up at intervals when the let had to be put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances and when we were in a position to proceed, Matt can and took updated photos and found a great tenant for our prop - all within a reasonable time frame. Matt has the interests of all parties - not just landlord but tenants also - at heart in the way. He ensured that tenants are just as happy.
