I appreciate Russell responding to offer to hear more about my feedback on customer service at QuDe lettings. However, I was called a keyboard warrior and told I am pathetic for leaving a negative review. Upon reflecting on the call, I wish I had not wasted my time to reach out, to only be spoken to in the same way the fellow member of staff had, which was the reason I went out of my way to leave my original feedback about poor communication.

1 month into tenancy and so far particularly unimpressed. I understand that they are very much the go-between & liaison, being at the mercy of landlord response times etc etc but when you sign up and are given their (QuDe) undertaking that works that should have been done either as cyclical or as general turn around (between tenancies) will be done or asked of from the landlord - feedback would undoubtedly be welcomed. I dont expect to have to argue or need a responsively terse attitude when reporting or enquiring of such, attention to most details amiss ..
