They are so fake and fraud. My parcel was meant to be shipped December 13th 2022. Till this day it still has no tracking update. Clearly it is lost. I have chased for my money to be refunded but as yet they dont want to. They just tell me to be patient. I am within my rights but they clearly and only have the intention of cashing in. Worst store to shop from.

(Original) Ik heb hier wat besteld, kwam na 3 weken binnen, ik had een M besteld maar het was duidelijk een S, stond wel M in maar uit een ander land waarschijnlijk. Toen ik het item terug wilde sturen moest ik zelf de verzendkosten betalen. Allemaal leuk en aardig maar ik ga wel gewoon op Vinted mijn tweedehands kleding kopen.

I ordered a vintage YSL jacket in December 2020. It came, looked nothing like the photos. It was badly worn, the designer label was hanging off and ripped. It looked like it once had shoulder pads that had been ripped out, completely distorting the shape / fit of the jacket. I sent the order back almost a month ago and still havent received a refund. Ive called a couple of times and the team have been really nice, have had a look through their returns and kindly asked me to wait. Today I called and spoke to an incredibly rude man, who told me he was the manager and that there was nothing he could do and hung up. Please could you process my return and send me the refund ASAP? I will not be ordering from Thrifted again and do not recommend the use of this service. Many thanks.
