        The Tommy Hilfiger store had a good variety of clothing and accessories, but nothing particularly unique or exclusive to the store. The staff were ok. Prices were in line with what you'd expect for a designer brand. Overall, it's a solid option,but don't expect any exceptional shopping experience beyond what you'd find in other stores carrying the brand.

        The Lakeside, Thurrock branch has appalling customer service! I asked for a different size and they laughed as though I could not afford it in the first place. I am an ethnic minority and I went with my father whose English is broken. The way they laughed felt very targeted Im sorry, you work for Tommy Hilfiger. You are not Tommy Hilfiger. Never returning again.
