Just bought a puppy and had no idea where to start as a first time owner. Lisa took the time to listen and help me buy the essentials. It was a busy day in the store and she still decided to take the time to advise exactly what I needed to do. She is an absolute gem! Thank you Lisa!!

Good size Pets at Home Shop with Vet on 1st floor and groom room on ground floor at back. The shop itself has lots of great choices. If you love and care for your pet(s) you should (hopefully) like this shop as I do.

After our visit on the 7th of April (yes, it took me a while to leave a review!) I would like to acknowledge the exceptional work of Lauren who was polite, friendly and accommodating. She answered all our questions concerning flea treatment for Teddy, our beloved cat, and we couldn't be happier with her help. Thank you, Lauren.
