I required a range of work done including Paving, Fencing, Brick Wall, Drainage and landscaping. John provided a competitive written quote, and explained exactly how to job was going to be carried out and how long it would take. No deposit was required when I agreed to the quote, and work commenced as promised. The team arrived promptly every day and quickly started work clearing the site. Extra people were brought to site as required as the different areas of the job progressed i.e. bricklayers, block pavers ,etc. Work continued until completion of the job and was fully project managed by John ensuring that all building materials arrived on site when required. All rubbish was immediately cleared every day, leaving no disruption to our neighbours. I had a progress report from John every evening , and walked through the job on the final day to ensure that I was 100% happy with the work, and rectify any minor snagging points. Payment was only required once I was fully satisfied. I have no hesitation in recommending john and his team.

This is the second time I've used John and the team at Advanced. They did such a great job on my driveway that I got them to completely re do my Garden with all new paving, fences and grass. As always, John is super professional and he and his team take a lot of pride in doing a great job. They always clean up after every day and disruption to neighbours is non existent. John and his team turned up on Monday and completed my driveway within 3 days. They were polite, clean and professional. The work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.
