Trunk Logistics - Removals & Storage

Trunk Logistics helped me move to a 4 bed home this February. I booked with them in November, the house move kept being delayed but they stayed flexible with me and my moving dates. They delivered boxes and packaging a couple of times when I asked. On moving day the men were absolutely brilliant! Everything was put in the exact rooms I labelled and they set up my appliances. Making unpacking so easy. No items were damaged and I had a lot of fragile crystals, collectables and mirrors. I used to be in the military so am used to moving, and this house move was the least stressful house move Ive ever done. All of the men were super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if I move in the future.

Excellent service on our recent move. Very professional company and staff - members, Richard, Lewis and Jo. Dylan and Dan worked extremely hard. Very happy with the move clean, like a military manoeuvre. First class. Thank you.

Very poor quality customer service.They take 10 days average to answer any email and after 4 months they still haven't repaired the damage inflicted to the property during the moving. I have asked several times about the complaints procedure and they avoid sharing this information.Not professional.
