Dean has just finished my back garden and I am extremely happy with the result. From start to finish he was highly professional and advised me against spending money I didn't need to spend! His quote was sensible and honest and his standard of work is exceptional. At the end of the work every area affected was cleaned and was probably left in a better state than before he arrived! Quality comes with time and effort, and thats Dean Giggins trademark. What makes him different is that he cares about his work, plans it well and does it to a high standard. I always test the market and get at least three quotes, but I dont necessarily go for the cheapest quote. Ive found that cheap work usually means corners are going to be cut, either in the quality of the materials or in the quality of the craftsmanship, sometimes in both. And if corners are cut now, you may find you have to lay out more cash to get it done properly next time. A bit of a false economy really. Also, I always want to know what the craftsman has to suggest how could it be done better. This is why I picked Dean to do our patio, our driveway and the side-passage to our home. Ok so I drew up a plan and talked it through with Dean, but hes done such a great job that my wife is really pleased with me! Its as if I did it myself, but I guess it was me that picked him so I should get some credit.
