Lennard and Hill went above and beyond for us so that we could move in to our dream home in November. Communication from Ron, in particular, throughout our sale and purchase was fantastic. A few set backs caused by our buyers solicitors but Ron ensured that the searches arrived in time and chased anyone he needed to in order to keep to the completion timeframe. If we didnt complete on this particular week then the sale would have fallen through. Will always highly recommend Lennard and Hill and are so grateful to them for making all our dreams come true. A huge thank you to Ron and the team :)

Ron and his team have been very friendly, professional and helpful right from the start from our viewing to the end of completion. We were very impressed when Ron showed us around at viewing as he had extensive knowledge and professionalism. He has always been at the end of a phone-call whenever we needed anything and worked around the clock replying to emails right away whatever time of day. They have made our purchase a pleasant experience and we will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell/let.

We received a very professional and friendly service from Ron and Joe. The marketing was excellent and our house sold very quickly.
