Audio Installations

I was worried about low quality tinny speakers. I went to this company for ceiling speakers and a mini amp, with a view to kitting out a large building several rooms. I was worried that the speakers, 6.5 inch, would be tinny, just like low-range car speakers. I bought just a pair and a wifi amp to test the sound. It was awful. As tinny as could be. Also, the wifi hub is very limited, only able to play from a smartphone connection through a small number of 'licensed' apps like deezer and spotify. So not as good functionality as a BT hub or amp. Otherwise it's just the line-in option to route sound to the speakers. So this is not really very ground-breaking. I asked to return the items and I was given permission to do so, but at my own expense. I was told there is no sub that can be added to a system of the amp and 6.5 inc ceiling speakers, so this is really no good. Very disappointing. but then, my instincts did twell me - though the white speaker grills may look nice in the ceiling, the sound is going to be terrible. I am now going for a sound bar optioin instead, with wireless sub for the large room. I don't really see the point of this company and I am disappointed I have to swallow the retun postage charge.

Bought a 6 speaker system worked perfectly. 8 months in the amp broke expecting a drama I called customer service they were quick polite and extremely helpful the call lasted 3 minutes. Mid December and they still got the replacement amp back to me in 7 days. I am genuinely over the moon with their service.

A few months back I ordered an amplifier from Audio Installations, but unfortunately the system stopped working. However, Audio Installations were quick to send me a brand new replacement once they had assessed the issue wasn't my fault. They even refunded the postage spent to return the item. Also a massive credit to Ashley on customer services. She was very polite, friendly and sorted my issue out within seconds of being on the phone. Shes a credit to an already amazing company!

I was enquiring about Ceiling Speakers for my new extension on my house, the guy on the phone was very helpful and run through several options that were suitable for my setting. Will definitely use again very knowledgeable and professional !!!
