        I spoke to a manager about cancelling and adding a new deal with 3 a few weeks ago with the manger of the store. He was so happy to add the deal but never cancelled my current plan. I hate these companies trying to make money all the time, they dont care if you have about 10 phone plans under one persons name, as long as they met sales targets

        The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We were served by Jay who was patient and answered all our questions. He recommended alternatives to us and we came away with good deals for both me and my husband. We've used this store before and will definitely use them again.
