This is the worst dr's surgery I've had the unluckiness to have to have contact with. Thankfully not for myself who has one of the best GPS but has to go out of the area to receive appointments. My last two partners and with this awful surgery where you cannot get an emergency appointment for love nor money. You can't pre-book one in advance, they don't call back for tel. Appointments, or getting your problem explainrd to Dr is like pulling teeth. The staff are rude and never helpful, dr's wont deal with more than one problem per appointment if you actually manage to get one, you can't get results if tests, there standard response is call 111, this is not what 111 is there firy, I bet they used to say 999 b4 111 started. Just looking at the reviews for nearly last 100 years- if you live under their catchment, your healthcare will suffer. This surgery is no good for people with on going mental ill health, families with young children, anyone with long term medical problems etc. Only good for people who rarely get Ill or never see a Dr for anything. Definitely no good for people who may feel suicidal or need repeat prescriptions, medication reviews/ monitoring, follow up appointments, or repeated medical certificates. This surgery should either be taken over and all staff changed or shut down so requiring better alternatives to start up to cover this area and it's local people's. Health care. If you are one of those let down report direct to NHS complaints body. Then finally something might be done.

This surgery is the worst surgery going in the whole of thurrock your staff are rude and have absolutely no customer service skills how can it take 4 weeks to get one appointment for a baby you have disgraced your self as a surgery all my 3. Children have ended up in Basildon hospital because of wrong diagnoses I have taken my complaint further and will be consulting the health ombudsman to take this further !

Getting a face to face appointnent is hard and has been even more difficult since lockdown. I think they should rethink the way they organise patient appointnents, there must be a better system they could use. Other than that all the Doctors, nurses, medical staff and office staff I have had to deal with have been fabulous and extremely polite.
