        Awful lack of care...Just another load who pass the buck councillors don't listen and patronise you and treat you like kid's, office staff are rude and patronise won't let you enter the office once your pass the front door like your criminal, corrupt charity who waste government and donated revenue finance, full of lies, bias, favouritism regarding client's, renewed a friends Bus pass without hesitation and the person not needing a doctor's letter, told me see a doctor and require a letter which cost fifteen pounds, where Mind got my friends pass without needing a doctor letter, totally unfair etc, person is on same benefit's and same symptoms as myself, no excuse not to renewed my pass. also had some racial references made towards me reported this nothing was done as usual,they waste donation money on garden statues etc. Lacked sympathy and understanding after I loss my uncle to covid-19 and my contents was stolen by a removal firm called anyvan and we4safe by two Romanians males.and the driver smelled of alcohol
