NOT AN OFFICIAL SWAROVSKI RETAILER Went into this store as wanted to buy a swarovski item, and was informed had to sign up to the swarovski club. Not a problem and quiet happy to do this. Which we did. I ordered an elephant and was told that would be delivered to store 6 to 8 as the product was out stock with swarovski. Was not a problem so made the special order. After 4 weeks I myself checked with swarovski website and could see was in stock. So called the store and got mixed info, yes it's here, no it's not. Left another 4 weeks and went to the store to be informed we don't know when this item will be delivered. Ok so can I have a refund and then can order online. No thatw ant possible but I could purchase another item they had in stock. So this I did. I asked will you add this to my swarovski account, and was informed yes we can do that. Well NO they can not. Because this swarovski shop is NOT actually an officiated retailer of swarovski like the shop in Westfield. (Check on swarovski website) Now after 5 weeks my swarovski item I purchased from swarovski lakeside is NOT showing on my account. Why? Because after contacting swarovski themselves they informed me that they are NOT affiliated retailer so any purchase made from them cannot get added to your account. My advice if you want purchase from swarovski either order online directly or visit an official swarovski store. The staff lie to you, never a manger avaliable if you call or visit the store before 2pm. My advice don't purchase have for swarovski from here.

Needed to return/exchange a gifted necklace, but lady in shop refused as did not have a white sleeve over the box!!!! Infact she kept insisting she couldnt do anything unless the white sleeve was available too. This was despite the necklace being in its original box with tags and receipt!! I have shopped with Swarovski for years and never have I ever been asked for the white sleeve if ever returning a product! Took it to Swarovski in westfield stratford and they had no issue refunding it. Infact they went above and beyond to help out. And who even keeps the white sleeve? It makes everything look so tacky. I always remove it before I gift a Swarovski piece to anyone. Swarovski you need to train your staff better! This was a very frustrating experience.
