        My glasses suddenly broke and I went into another local Boots opticians, who were very dismissive and told me there was nothing they could (without even properly looking at the glasses), and I would have to buy a new pair. Managed to get to Lakeside and they were fab. Told me to leave it with them for an hr and they would do their best to fix them, find a matching arm if possible. They happily fixed the arm of my glasses, without any issues, and even adjusted the arm so it Sat properly. All done with a smile.
