2 Little Birds Pre-School and Childcare

My daughter loved going to this pre school. The ability to be outside and learn really helped her confidence and social skills.

What a fabulous pre school! My daughter was so happy here and learnt so much. Her confidence improved and the staff are nurturing without overwhelming the children. The freedom they get from the outside space and the many options given to them is amazing! My Son is going there soon and he cant wait to go - thanks so much to 2 Little Birds for putting an anxious Mums mind at rest.

I left leaving a review for a very long time as I felt I was the only one who felt this way towards this pre school and very upset how I was treated as a whole, but since seeing the latest 1 star review and their concerns its exactly what I experienced with my little boy and feel I should have wrote it back then so other mothers knew. He was left to play in the freezing weather coming home with soaking wet cold socks when he always had a spare change of clothes in his bag, he was constantly getting a cold, his cheeks would Be that red and sore they would have blood to the surface from being so cold. As teachers this should have been noticed how cold he was. I would collect Marley and he would be sent out with no coat on he would be holding it, to which they would do this because they was rushing to get home themselves. The way Donna would speak to the children was unacceptable when I approached Tracy on all my concerns they was very negative and didnt take criticism well at all Infact there resolution was Marley isnt suited to our pre school which I still have all the emails of the conversation. They also took money for sessions and refused to refund to this day I didnt get my refund this was back in covid when I clearly sent them proof of them saying they would refund again another unprofessional approach. When I said Marley will not be returning I went to the pre school to collect marleys wet suit and wellys to here Donna when a member of staff said its marleys mum Im not dealing with her its shocking they run a pre school like this and the childrens health isnt their priority. Moral of this review Marley attended a new pre school and the difference on how the children are looked after and how happy he was proved how un-happy he was at this pre school.

My son only went there for two months. They are not good for childcare. They are letting kids to stay outside all day. Evan in the rainy and very cold days. Not doing any of group activities. Kids are playing all day by their self. My son got so many injuries in two months times. Evan the teachers are not aware about that. When we ask they didnt know how to answer. He was bleeding one day, and also he was vomiting sand way back home few times one day. Everyday some new injuries. I was so fed up. I am not recommending this place at all. Very bad service.
