I took my mum as she needed a new washing machine. The staff were great. They asked if we were OK, then left us alone untill we asked for help. They were friendly, and professional. The choice was mind blowing. Definitely recommend.

Worst manager Louise . When you buy their products they are telling you something and when you need them they are saying ' It's not black on white' . That's not a way to talk to your customers .

Would have been rated higher but, one of uniformed staff member was the opposite of helpful. I asked him where i could find a product, he pointed in the direction of the door and said it was in front of it. I searched on that aisle/stand. Nothing. He walked past again and i asked again...he gave the impression he was going to help and then went behind a counter and started to attend to other people. Not professional at all.
