Donna has been really helpful with the information she has given me before purchasing all of my baby items from baby eze. Shes very informative and if you have any questions she knows all the answers. Donna helped me on FaceTime to purchase my next car seat for my daughter and also assemble it into my car as I was unable to get to the shop. I have purchased many items from this shop and will continue to do so as the customer service is excellent. Thankyou Donna x

Seem to only prioritise if you go in as a couple. I got completely ignored for about 10 minutes whilst standing with things and had to ask 3 times to actually leave the shop because they blocked the way talking to others. Horrible experience left feeling awful.

Amazing! Staff are incredibly helpful & really know their stuff. So nice to have people you can go back to, to ask questions. They are always happy to help. I highly recommend to EVERYONE!

HOW TO ALIENATE YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE 101 My girlfriend recently had an appalling encounter at a baby shop, where a staff member, who we believe to be the shop owner Donna, made insensitive comments about the size of her baby bump. Despite her midwife's reassurance that everything was perfectly normal (tracking 1 week behind), the staff member left her feeling self-conscious and upset. It's never okay to make derogatory remarks about someone's appearance, especially when they're in a vulnerable position like my girlfriend was. The staff's behaviour failed to create a supportive and welcoming environment, which should be a top priority. Furthermore, the shop owner needs to be aware of the various anxieties and disorders that pregnant women may experience. YOU WORK IN A BABY SHOP! Not everyone is comfortable with comments about their body, and it is not the place of a baby shop employee to judge a customer's appearance. I did not appreciate coming home from work to an anxious, upset girlfriend who had been in tears- who took the day off work with her friends to enjoy a special time in her life and be found being hurled unwarranted comments by someone she doesn't know. In light of this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this baby shop to think twice. The insensitive behaviour of the staff member my girlfriend encountered was utterly unacceptable. I hope the shop owner will take appropriate action to ensure that no one else has to endure such unprofessional and hurtful treatment.
