        Visited works at Grays shopping centre. Went there to buy paints for my children ended up with story books, puzzles for family. Great variety of collections and most importantly at great value. Good collecton of books.

        Went to this works on Friday, asked if they had any windmills ,the bloke went out back and got some ,on the stickers they said 1.50 they are usually 3 quid ,instead of discretely taking the sticker off, he took if off in full view in front of the customers and arrogantly said we gotta make money and said charge her 3 quid , the female assistant was embarrassed, i definately would not recommend this store if thats how they treat customers, i came home and cut my works loyalty card up, wont be shopping there anymore, there are better stores with good customer service (sure his name began with J )
