        Left waiting 30 for a car seat. I already own one just need a spare. Guy wouldn't let me explain and asked me to wait for a member of staff who had disappeared. Asked again if I could buy and was fobbed off. Asked a third time and eventually, after 40 minutes of waiting.... got my item.
