Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Grays

Grays enterprise. I was supposed to receive an email for a survey but sadly i didnt receive one but i have to give a review somewhere because these two individuals stood out from the rest of the branch and other car hire company staff. Big shout out to hannah and tyla from the grays branch. The amount of respect hannah has when speaking to customers on a daily basis all day is just one of the amazing qualities she has as an individual. Im not over saying anything. I dont even have to give a review or talk about someone so highly. Im making time out of my day for a reason. Please enterprise or at least hannah's manager can you please acknowledge her efforts with a reward. Thank you hannah and tyla.

I hired one of their cars for 3 weeks. I was served by Tayla, Helen and Syed during this time. They were very friendly, professional and went over and beyond to ensure hiring the car was stress-free and easy. I would definitely go to this branch again if I need a vehicle.

Can't rent a car from this company, unfortunately, spent near half of day of my time and money to go back to home to bring different credit,debit cards,cash to this company and at the final I leave this place without car.The problem was this company can't refund deposit to my card.SORRY NOT UNDERSTANT THAT, BECAUSE I USE THIS CARDS IN UK FOR 5 YEARS(RENT A HOUSE,PAY BILLS,CAR,SCHOOL AND ALL TROUBLES)AND I NOT FACING PROBLEMS LIKE THIS.Question is because when I book it from home to know all this thinks and then I no lose my time...

everything was perfect except the confusing car class mapping. I selected compact car class when booking (and it said on the website I would get a focus or similar) however I received a fiesta instead on the day. Apparently the fiesta I got has a better engine making it the same category as focus. I don't think this makes sense for a car rental company. I would imagine 99% if not 100% people don't care (or could figure out from the website) which engine/spec line they have selected. To be fair, when I challenged they offered me discount but I still don't think this deserves 5 star as the company shouldn't have made such bad car class mapping in the first place.

Very big mistake rent a van here. I rented small van and when I came for van I got different van. Paid for rent 160 for one day and deposit 250 . They told me that is small scrath on bumber and I 100% know that wasn't my mistake. They don't have evidence if it was before or not. They didn't send me my deposit back and tell me I have to paid for small ridiculous scratch on bumber. So I rented van and cost 410 for 8 hours. Good business Enterprise.
