        First order took 3 months to arrive and the communication was average at best. The next order they turned down because of capacity issues, I had to email and call several people just to get this answer, delaying my shipment by weeks. I understand businesses can be busy but Hillebrand certainly lived up to the fact that if you're busy, your customer service becomes non-existent. I'm using Mapcargo now who are far better.
