This is my first EVER negative review. Im going to be completely transparent to show the messages Ive sent him. This company installed my shop front & shutters, so I spent thousands with this company. Ive had constant problems with the remote & front glass door. From the locks falling off TOP & BOTTOM to the whole glass door thats slipped, I couldnt lock my front door shop for months & months. The stress & worry. Of course we all understand these things do happen, but Bobby, the owner completely ignore me time & time again even when I tried to stay patient with him. The aftercare service & duty of care is non existent. This company is NOT reliable with aftercare, & the quality of the locks on the doors are poor. The finishing touches are awful. And dont take his word on warranty..! Go elsewhere for peace of mind when it comes to your shop front & locks.

Ive had 2 shutters installed by this company the install was good Ill admit that Until my motor went they gave me 2 options a new or Refurb New comes with 1 year warranty Refurb only 3 I had purchased the new Motor a few days later it stopped working it would roll half way and stop and trip the breaker I called them immediately they said they will come tomorrow they had no show. The motor eventually stopped giving me issues a few weeks later then the shutter is out of alignment I called them again to arrange for service they said they will arrive next day 10am again no show There is no after care with this company they fob you off once they get your money. Fast to do the install anything after they are not interested I have spent thousands with them Never again will I use or recommend them. Absolutely disgusting way to run a business You make me sick
