        So had to ring 111 yesterday because you won't deal with me. They've told me theyve sent you a email and you have to give me an appointment and I'm still being refused!! Absolutely discusting service!

        Absolute joke, get a text saying ring to update details after going through online appointments as phone is always over a hour wait on hold, got through on the phone to be told i have to go in to fill a form out, 3 weeks ringing to get an appointment to get a text for a phone consultation in a week and a halfs time. Nearly 5 weeks to get an appointment what a joke
