SCAM, Day Light Robbery. They are the dodgiest guys you can ever deal with. Lee Styles and Callum Yates gave us a site visit and said everything is good to go. They charged us for the under layer so we get the fitting for free. On the day of the fitting, their fitters charged us 400 for fitting and moving a bed which was supposed to be FREE. They are a bunch of cowboys that will sell you one thing and charge you another, all done nicely to rip you off! AVOID at any cost or be ready to be scammed of 400-500

The store has an extensive range of flooring and carpets. I purchased carpets and flooring for my whole house from this store. I am pleased with the quality and feel of the carpets purchased and the flooring. I also arranged fitters via Tapi Carpets. The only disappointment I have is the fitting done to the lounge carpet which was a low pile wool carpet. The carpet gripper tacks can be felt on the feet when walking into the lounge. whilst the adults can be cautious when stepping over the carpet bar, it near impossible explaining to a 4 year old and 9 month crawler. The gripper tacks are constantly catching their hands and feet. The carpet in the lounge is also coming away from the carpet bar and grippers in the corner. I contacted Tapi about this and the fitters were sent to take a look the first time. This problem still persists and I contacted Tapi again. The Thurrock store gave me a number of reasons as to why this was happening including vacuuming the carpet, walking on the carpet bar, my actual floor, the doorway and lounge door. All of which whilst possible, still didnt explain why the carpet was coming away at the corner and why we could feels the gripper tacks on my feet. I should add that the carpet was measured by Tapi also. I purchased the carpets and flooring in June 2022. The matter has still not been resolved.

Would not use this company again!! Flooring looks great but keep getting gaps between em, all they do is send someone round with some glue and it still comes unstuck. Cut it properly and this would never happen!! Will defo go to another place for flooring or carpet cause these r useless
