Nice charity shop. Found a lovely new bag and a new jumper for winter. The lady serving me was lovely and was happy to ask about my day and made me feel welcome.

I attended on 01/11/21 around 1pm and was met by the most unfriendly female staff. I had 2 big bags of lovely washed and ironed clothing and she completely ignored me, opting to continue inane chatter with a customer. She looked at me, no hello and continued chatting. I have a personal reason for going to sense but this lady made me feel so unwelcome that I walked out and gave the clothing to British Heart Foundation. The staff there were lovely and welcoming. I appreciate she is probably volunteering but her attitude stunk.
