Friendly and knowledgeable staff, we booked our wedding here and made us feel so welcome and special. Will always book in this store going forward. Any issues along the way has been a quick call and no stress. We didnt really know what we wanted going in to book and Georgia helped us find the perfect hotel for our wedding. It can be overwhelming with so much choice now a days, so very reassuring having a professional point of call. Excellent customer service from all members of the team.

We booked our wedding yesterday! Yes thats right our wedding! Alice booked all of our wedding for us and WOW what can I say. Alice you was amazing from start to finish. We had SOO many questions and Alice didnt fail to answer one question. Alice also went over and above to get us exactly what we wanted and we can not thank her enough for this. The service from the first meeting to the last was 5.. We felt 100% comfortable with how all of our holiday/wedding requirements were dealt with. Alice you honestly was a little Gem and we are so glad we got to meet you and arrange our special day with you. Soo once again thank you SOO much. I would 100% recommended TUI Lakeside
