The first time I was greeted by a tall man with his hair in a bun and a blonde lady with glasses. They were welcoming, friendly, informative and couldnt do enough for us.
The second time I was greeted by a lady with blonde hair who had the worst attitude. She was incredibly rude and offish. She refused to exchange a faulty item and was pushing for me to pay extra money to get it prepared! Totally ruined my experience.
