I am utterly disgusted with the surgeries receptionist! She is rude and argumentative with not only patients but the pharmacy lady. Yesterday the receptionist was raising her voice and being so rude to the pharmacy lady (Wendy). This was uncalled for. This receptionist needs to learn some customer service skills and respect instead of trying to gaslight patients and the pharmacy team. This belittling behaviour is something I've seen yesterday as I care for my mother and assisted her yesterday to the surgery. My mother has heard this receptionist afew times before. This needs to be fully investigated. She clearly needs to work in a sole trade as this has unsettled my mother and others who use your surgery. A doctors surgery should be warm and welcoming not a hostile atmosphere because of the same receptionist who has taken power to her head.

I wouldn't even give them any stars. Absolutely useless. I've just about had enough of them now I'm changing my doctor's. Your receptionist is rude and your doctor's are the same I've got a list of all you have done wrong

Useless, If I could give zero stars then I would. You can never get an appointment with this surgery. The male African doctor misdiagnosed my son which then lead to an ambulance coming out to take him to a and e. Today I was promised a call back from a doctor which didnt really happen. The doctor tired to give me tablets without even knowing whats wrong!
