Worst Agents, also their solicitors are even worst, they didn't check the id of seller until completion day and tokd us seller didnt have id, which delayed buying process by few months, ridiculous, and no action when complaint, avoid at any cost.

Went with these for a sale on my property with Mark. Found a buyer, Mark couldn't have been more helpful but unfortunately Mark had to leave the company and was given the details of someone called David. Complete waste of time. Never had a single call back from David. The day our sale fell through, David didn't have the decency to even call and in addition, the sale fell through because we had to pull out as found our our buyer didn't have a mortgage. David had never checked this and when I'd asked him 2/3 times to chase this up, Post Sales at Purple Bricks confirmed this was never the case. The day after the sale fell through, David then asked a colleague called Scott to get in contact. 3 different contacts in the space of 6 weeks. Still to this day struggling to see why David couldn't have allocated Scott to me sooner seeing as he was clearly too busy to do anything else for us. I like the Purple Bricks model but that's all you're paying for, if you want actual assistance then I would never in a million years recommend Purple Bricks. Currently going through the post sales team to try and get some of the money back I've lost. The best David's office could offer as an "apology" was a premium listing on Rightmove which is genuinely a laugh out loud offer.
