Trying go in quick buy earrings becomes chore. Only one other customer in there.waiting 15 mins. More team than customers but they couldn't find stock for first customer. Lady apologised several times hence the extra *. Training or support needed. I was a 5 min sale early morning.

Went in looking for a present, and met by Cristina who was warm, friendly and seemed everything was no problem whether would buy or not, showing and letting us try on any omega watch. She made us feel like she giving us grand treatment and we came away with a great watch buying experience and memory for wife's birthday. If we manage to save enough pennies will be back again! thanks

I have visited both Lakeside and Colchester stores. The staff are exceptional and very professional and make you feel most welcome. Excellent products old fashion quality of service not seen now days. I shall be purchasing from both stores in the future.
